Transactions

Transactions is the raw ledger — every imported line item, with your own tags and remarks on top.

Filtering and sorting

The filter bar narrows the list by Account, From/To dates, Tag, Search (merchant/description text), and Min $ / Max $ (matched on the amount's size, whichever sign). Filter applies, Reset clears. Filters live in the URL, so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared between your own tabs.

Click the Date, Description, Account, or Amount headers to sort (click again to flip direction).

The table shows the latest 200 rows of the current filter; the summary line tells you the true count and the Net sum of everything matched. Need the full set? Export it.

Tags

Tags are your own labels ("travel", "reimbursable", "subscriptions"…).

  • Click + on a row to open the tag picker: type to search your existing tags or create a new one on the spot (max 30 characters, Enter confirms, Escape closes).
  • Remove a tag with the × on its pill.
  • A tag that's no longer on any transaction disappears from your tag list automatically.
  • Filter the ledger by tag with the Tag dropdown.

Remarks

Click the Remarks cell of any row to jot a note (max 500 characters) — "split with J", "warranty until 2027", anything. Enter or clicking away saves; Escape cancels.

Foreign currency

Rows charged abroad show the original amount and exchange rate beneath the SGD amount. This is reference information — sums and filters always use SGD.

Exporting to CSV

Export CSV (top right) downloads the entire filtered set (not just the 200 shown) as perfi-transactions-YYYY-MM-DD.csv with columns: date, account, description, amount, currency, foreignAmount, foreignCurrency, exchangeRate, tags, remarks. Whatever filters and sort you have applied are respected — set filters first, then export.
