1. What Perfi is

Perfi is a personal finance tool that reads the bank and brokerage statements you upload and turns them into spending summaries, account overviews, and investment portfolio tracking. It is currently an invite-only beta: access is limited to people we have personally invited, and the product is offered as a work in progress rather than a finished, guaranteed service.

2. Provided as-is, no financial advice

Perfi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to parse your statements accurately and to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Nothing in Perfi constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures shown (balances, categorization, portfolio values, gains and losses) are for informational purposes only and should be verified against your bank or broker’s official records before you rely on them for any decision.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must only upload statements that belong to you or that you are authorised to manage, and you must provide accurate information when registering. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

Use Perfi only for its intended purpose: managing your own personal financial data. You agree not to attempt to breach or bypass security, probe or scan the service, upload malicious files, interfere with other users’ access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Right to terminate

As an invite-only beta, we may suspend or terminate access for any account, at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, abuse, or if the beta is discontinued. You may stop using Perfi and delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in the app or by email. Continued use of Perfi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Perfi will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
